Police seek additional victims after unlicensed massage therapist arrested for sexual assault

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police are searching for potential victims of a 58-year-old man accused of sexually assaulting clients while operating an unlicensed massage therapy business from his home.
Arrest and charges
Eduardo Gregorio MartinezMillan was arrested July 20 and is being held at the Clark County Detention Center on $100,000 bail. He faces multiple charges including:
- Two counts of sexual assault
- One count of open/gross lewdness
- Operating a business without a license
MartinezMillan was scheduled to appear in court Thursday following his arrest.
Details of the allegations
According to police documents obtained by 8 News Now, the investigation began when a woman contacted police on July 20, reporting she had been sexually assaulted during a massage at MartinezMillan’s home.
The victim told police her husband had met MartinezMillan outside a grocery store on East Lake Mead Boulevard near Civic Center Drive in North Las Vegas, where the suspect was distributing business cards advertising massage therapy services. The husband scheduled an appointment for his wife later that day.
During the massage, the victim reported that MartinezMillan:
- Instructed her to lie on her stomach on the massage table
- Pulled down her shorts without consent
- Performed inappropriate acts claiming he was trying to “fix her waist”
- Continued despite her crying and asking him to stop
When the victim protested, MartinezMillan allegedly responded, “Fine, you do not want to get better,” according to the police report.
Suspect’s admissions to police
During a police interview, MartinezMillan made several admissions:
- He was operating without a business license
- His massage skills were “self-taught”
- He commonly performed massages at his home late at night
- He claimed his actions were “normal massage techniques”
- He characterized the incident as a “misunderstanding”
Police believe more victims exist
Las Vegas Metro Police believe there may be additional victims based on MartinezMillan’s business practices. According to investigators, he:
- Advertised through business cards and word of mouth
- Performed what he called “sacral alignments” or “sacral realignments”
- Operated the unlicensed business from his residence
- Had been providing these services for an undetermined period

Protecting yourself from unlicensed practitioners
This case highlights the importance of verifying the credentials of massage therapists and other health practitioners. In Nevada, legitimate massage therapists must:
- Hold a valid state license
- Display their license at their place of business
- Operate from licensed establishments
- Maintain professional boundaries at all times
Clients should always verify a practitioner’s license through the Nevada State Board of Massage Therapy before receiving services, especially when services are offered in private homes or at unusual hours.
